The Solo Training Module is a comprehensive course designed for individuals seeking to enhance their Brazilian Zouk proficiency through solo practice.
This module offers targeted techniques, exercises, and drills tailored for you to improve both skill and adaptability. Yes, you read it correctly, we're going to through solo practice improve our adaptation skills.
Perfect for those who don't have a partner to practice with on a regular and Brazilian Zouk dancers at all levels, this module also serves as complement to our main course Embrace Zouk Online, which you also you have access to.
This module is organized in themed sections, each tackling an important element of the dance
Within each section you will find short videos with technique, exercises, and drills to practice on your own
At the end of each section, a 15-20 minutes video for you to follow-along and put it all in practice
New videos will be added in the future, bringing more themes for your to practice
